{WindowsXp Group} XP's window factory.pqi drive image

I'm trying to do the restore solution with that image drive
called
factory.pqi. When setup looks for it ..it comes back saying
special
edition backup partition was not found. Now i know i have
the file in
my computer on the D drive. Why can't it be found? BTW, has
anyone
here used that image file? If so, would it destroy other
files that
are on the same partition that XP is to be restored?
