it`s a virus
but i dont remember the name of that !

Start/Control Panel/Folder Options. See if you can access
from there.

that virus remove folder option from control panel too
the only way to solve this problem is a up to date anti
virus

If I am correct, the only two ways you can access the Folder
Options
Menu is (1) By using the Control Panel.
(2) It will appear under "Tools" ONLY when you
are using Windows
Explorer [Start/All Programs/Accessories/Windows Explorer].
It will not
appear under the "Tools" menu in Internet
Explorer, Outlook Express, or
anywhere else.
