PERC 5/i support

I recently purchased a Dell PowerEdge 1900 server and
discovered that the PERC 5/i RAID controller is not
supported by FreeBSD.  Is it possible for me to configure my
disks so that they will run on BSD using this controller?

Um, according to my little grep of the kernel source tree,
the 5/i is 
supported by "mfi" ... This is under FreeBSD 7.

Which release are you using?  I believe that both 6.3 and
7.0 would 
support it, let us know if that is not the case...
