UPDATED: XEP-0199 (XMPP Ping)

Version 0.5 of XEP-0199 (XMPP Ping) has been released.

Abstract: This document defines an XMPP protocol extension
for sending pings over XML streams.

Changelog: Clarified error handling and recommended against
