complete our team. If you enjoy building great software, delivering fully
tested production code every week, pair-programming, shared code ownership,
working in a highly collaborative team environment, and creating business

The technical stuff: we've got a Flash (ActionScript)/C+;+ client with plenty
of Win32 and COM sprinkled in. The back end is written in Java with Spring
for dependency injection and Hibernate as the ORM layer talking to a
PostgreSQL database. We also code in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and JSP for the
web sites. There are a few tools in Perl, too. You will need experience in
multi-tiered application design, excellent object-oriented design skills, a
CS degree, and an eagerness to quickly learn any of these technologies you
don't already know, since you'll be using all of them (sometimes all in the
same day.) We're an experienced Extreme Programming / Scrum team in a

June 2006. Our focus is on developing a new medium for communication on the
Internet - 'creative messaging' - making it easy for consumers to connect

including photos, videos and music in combination with professionally
