Role Description:

Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking to expand our Agile Coaching team and have an opportunity for someone
who will:
• Have a passion for Agile
• Have great facilitation and communication skills
• Be able to reference broad experience of Agile project delivery
• Demonstrate empathy, common sense and pragmatism
• Lead workshops with customer’s or Conchango own development teams to improve
understanding and performance
• Provide Agile training to customer management and delivery teams
• Provide one-to-one Agile coaching
• Assist customers adopt Agile at an enterprise level
• Input into Conchango’s Agile templates and tools
• Assist customers adopt Agile tools (where appropriate)
• Represent Conchango at Agile Community and other related events
• Provide presales support for consultancy project bids
• Take an active role in communities (internal interest groups) to assist in:
o Working to improve Conchango’s Agile service offerings
o Fostering Agile knowledge throughout the organisation
Experience needed:
Essential Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the fundamental principles
behind Agile approaches backed up by first hand experience of both classic and Agile
projects. Applicants which have completed CSM and CSP certification will be preferred.
Required skills
• General understanding of development methodologies and processes
• In depth knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks, XP and Scrum preferred.
• First class communication skills
• Be able to relate to both business and technology people
• Workshop leadership and facilitation including Agile retrospectives
• Mentoring and Coaching
• Presentation skills
• Preparation and delivery of Agile training courses
• A good understanding of development practices such as source code control, change
management, documentation.
• Understanding and exposure to XP development techniques such as unit testing, test
driven development, continuous integration
• Development platform technology awareness
• Understanding (basic) of NLP and Inner Game coaching techniques
• Project experience of Agile implementations
