What will you be doing as our QA Director?
This will be a hands-on role at a Director Level so you will be
collaborating with management and development groups to understand
customer needs
Using your ability to see things that aren't there. What does this
mean, you will be tasked with thinking of ways a product or website
could fail and build automation to support those tests
Developing test plans including performance and feature testing
Design and implement frameworks and test loads, diagnosing and
debugging failures, scalability and performance metrics, etc.
Building a world class team of Test Engineers rich in knowledge of
Agile Methods with exceptional Test Development skills
What do we need and expect from you?
Agile/SCRUM/SDLC engineering expertise
A true passion, understanding and confidence in Agile Methodologies
BS or MS in Computer Science, Math or other Advanced Technology Degree
Knowledge and experience in a Web 2.0 development environment
including open source technologies like Python, Ruby, Linux, etc.
Proven experience implementing one or more Agile Methods on actual
projects (backend applications and websites)
