I downloaded the most recent connector and tried both recent
and older
interfaces for windows as well as SWF, and it just doesn't
work. The
documentation appears to be non-existent (am I nuts or is
the Wiki
completely empty?)

I did the following:

Drag a connector onto the timeline at frame 1 (on its own
layer).
Name the instance "xray".
Tried publishing and running as SWF, EXE, or preview in
IDE.
Then run Xray interface (again as SWF or EXE, and as older
SWF).

The newer interface shows me *nothing* in the snapshot view,
and
effectively gives me a bunch of do-nothing GUI controls. The
older
interface takes what appears to be a snapshot of itself --
it
certainly isnt my Flash movie.

I also tried adding a new class instance in my FLA in
package "foo"
and adding this package to the connector's list, since my
other
classes are all in the default package (no package). Made
no
difference.

I'm using Flash 8 Pro on WinXP. There would not appear to be
anything
remotely non-standard about my setup; Xray just doesn't
work. Please
advise what obvious thing I am not doing, and/or point me to
some
actual documentation. Thanks.

Hey Jason, can you send me a zip of your files and let me look localy?  Probably faster to diagnose and send back with solution
Thanks,
