Xapian 1.0.5 released

I've uploaded Xapian 1.0.5, which as usual you can download
from:

Some highlights:

The new Xapian::Sorter class allows more sophisticated
sorting of search
results.  There's also a new document covering all the
different sorting
options which Xapian provides.

Running a match on a single remote database is now more
efficient.

Omega's omindex indexer now handles uppercase file
extensions better,
and limits the RAM which filter programs can use to help
avoid problems
with runaway filters.

In Python, we no longer drop the GIL during
Xapian.MSet.items or
Xapian.ESet.items which could have led to undefined
behaviour in
multithreaded environments.

Note that you'll need a small patch to be able to build and
install the Ruby
bindings for 1.0.5.  See the release notes on the wiki:

Debian and Ubuntu packages for 1.0.5 are now available from

xapian.org repo.  The Debian package should be uploaded to

unstable shortly.

Search::Xapian 1.0.5.0 will probably have to wait until the
new year.
