Base Module Default

Hi,

Similar to another issue I was having around the rendering
of the Home Page, 
I found if I am using "Articles" as the
"Default Module" setting in the Base 
Module, then I have no issues whatsoever with security on
the Home Page. 
However, if I select "Base" as the "Default
Module", unless I am logged on 
as Admin, I get the following error message:

Privileges Error
No privilege for ViewBase

Problem:
The operation you are attempting requires privileges that
you do not have. 
Contact the systems/site administrator to request access.

===============

Can anyone tell me what security privileges should be set to
prevent this 
message from appearing, when I use "Base" at the
"Default Module" in the 
"Modify Config" area of the Base Module?
