any plans to update level of dev86 release with SLES10 SP1?

Since Xen changeset 14376 introduced the requirement to have at least dev86 level 0.16.14 for building firmware (like the hvmloader), is there a plan to include a higher level of dev86 with SLES10 SP1?  RC1 still only provides 0.16.0
