In our support document it mentions the following limits
32 bit - 4GB
32 PAE - 16 GB
64 bit - 128 GB
For 32 and 32 PAE those limits are shared by anyone else
using Xen. For 64 bit I think the actual limit is much
higher but I do not know what it is. For 32 the 4GB is a
little generous because some of that is used up by the
hypervisor before you ever get a chance to see it
