Note that this is still painfully slow in the case where we
have a
kernel/kernel-devel being updated since we're getting the
toinstall
txmbrs and looping over their requires for every file in the
kernel*
packages to see if the file is needed.
Working on trying to get that case better and have something
showing
some promise...
