    Hi all,  
 
  
I have joined this group recently. I want to develop a plug in for Yahoo! Messenger. I have downloaded the SDK and going through the documentation. I was going through Readme.txt file where something like this is written:
  
 
  
After installing Yahoo Messenger, unzip the Test.zip file in the Plug-in folder in the application folder.
  
You should end up with the following folder structure:
{messenger installation directory}/Plugin/Test/ContentTab/test.yplugin
{messenger installation directory}/Plugin/Test/SidePanel/test.yplugin
  
 
  
The application is present at this location - "C:Program FilesYahoo!Messenger". But there is no Plugin folder inside this. There are folders like "cache", "ext", "logs",  "media", "skins" and "YView"
  
 
  
Should I create the
 plugin folder manually? I am using Yahoo Messenger version 8.0.0.701 (yahoo messenger with voice)

Yes, you chould create all the folders down to
test.yplugin:

C:Program
FilesYahoo!MessengerPluginTestContentTabtest.yplugin
C:Program
FilesYahoo!MessengerPluginTestSidePaneltest.yplugin

You might also want to download the latest 8.1 version of
Messenger.
