Sorry, I meant to send out an announcement about this last
night.  
There aren't any plug-in-specific changes in 239.  The main
changes 
are how voice traffic travels over UDP, some optimizations
to the 
contact list rendering and a fix for a possible crash in the
Vista 
installer.
