Unalbe to process query on one machine but not another

Hi,

  I have a development machine and a production machine.
  (running the same code)

  My production works fine however my development machine
  (running the same code as production) is getting http 
  intermittant 503 messages.

  When passing the URL into a browser the error message I
  get is -

		The following errors were detected:
		<Message>service temporarily
unavailable</Message></Error>

  Why would one machine get these messages and the other
work OK?
  (even running the same query)

  Neither machine is near its daily limit.
