Web Search APIs - permission for commercial use

Hello:

I represent ALFY, Inc.  We operate CleverIsland.com and
ALFY.com 
(both sites aimed at children).

We would like to use the Yahoo Web Search APIs to offer a
kid-safe 
search service on ALFY.com (BTW, ALFY.com will re-launch,
new design, 
in June 2006).

Whom can I approach for commerical use permission?

We envision using your APIs to pull web search results and
present 
them on our pages.
