Not that I take any pleasure in saying this, but widths only broke for
*non-scrolling* tables in 2.5.1.

Thanks- that's interesting to know. However, I would have expected to
find this clarification with my report of same:

Perhaps it should be noted there also.

To be clear, Bret's code comparing 2.4.1 to 2.5.1 *is* non-scrolling,
so he shouldn't expect any change when attempting set a column
width... not without a patch from the patch fairy...
