Datatable Sorting Question

Hi everybody, I have a question about sorting the YUI datatable.
When clicking on certain fields of the header table, the datatable
size is changed, depending in the contents it displays in the cells.

What I'd like to do is to "fixed" the datatable cells columns size.
I've tried adding a "width" parameter in the column definiton section
of the datatable, but it doesn't seem to work.

I don't know how to achieve this. I'm using 2.3.0 version.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
