end of code freeze, recommence release branch merges

Hi all framework contributors,

The release of Zend Framework 1.0.3 also marks the end of
the code
freeze for merges to the release-1.0 branch.

Please continue committing your work to the trunk first,
merging
backward-compatible changes (except DocBook sources) to the
release-1.0
branch.
