I would like to translate the zend framework document

To whom it may concern,

I have signed up the JIRA issue tracker. I would like to
translate a
new language in Traditional Chinese (Hong Kong). Please give
me
Contributor License Agreement so that I will send a copy to
clazend.com and also please send me the english manual
Docbook XML in
order to start my translation. Thank you.
