New: Akregator settings do not show up in Kontact at all

The Akregator does not show up any settings from Kontact as
a plugin.
"Configure Akregator..." from menu leads to the
Kontact settings, which are otherwise missing at all, too.

Background: I would like to switch off the stale Akregator
taskbar icon.
