Sweets and Beets...

I found a wonderful product that I want to share with you. It is called, "Sweets and Beets"; from the Terra chip company.

They are like potato chips but have 3 grams of fiber per serving and claim to have less fat than ordinary potato chips.

I am in heaven.

I wonder how much food value is left though after processing-not much
lubricating effect left for the digestive system. --- In
