I've been taking it off and on for about 2 years. I've had no side effects, and the research I've done with my Dr. suggests that is is non-habit forming. I have not looked into the ingredients, but do think that is a good idea. If you find out anything concerning could you please post your findings? I will do the same. By the way, I agee, it is a wonderful product and has saved me some anguish in posterior.

I've been on this product for a week and I can tell you guys that this is a
miracle med; it works like a charm. How long can a person be taking this
product? Any one on this board is familiar w/ this product? I am thinking
about calling their 800 number because I have a few questions for them, but
I think they probably wouldn't disclose the truth. Their Web site doesn't
indicate the ingredient of this product.

I'd like to say thank to one of the posters who recommended this product on
this forum. I developed fissure after the hemorrhoidectomy, 4/23/07, and
was constipated due to stress. I was eating healthy, rich fiber foods,
taking colace and benefiber, yet I wasn't able to find the balance.
I am now taking 1 teaspoon of Natural Calm powder in AM and PM and my BM
works great, what a miracle product. It has been working for 4 days now,
and I am hoping this product continue doing its job so my fissure/unhealed
wound can heal. Although I am still bleeding but not much pain, just sting
a little bit, because evidently there's minor tear. I no longer have to
wait for 4/5 hr later to get back to normal life!
My dotor said I do not worry about the bleeding. Pain is the main focus.
I did a research on this product and it appears there are no side effects.
I even showed my crs the product and she was glad that I found this Natural
Calm because she never recommended me to be on MOM/Colace/Miralax. I guess
she's a conservative CRS.
