I've looked it up too. Magnesium Citrate is the main (if not
complete) make up of the product. I guess the uniqueness of the
product is its powder form which makes it more easily digested.
Also, I forgot to post this when I menitioned Natural Calm
originally. The same pharmacist that recommended this Natural Calm,
recommened an alternative to aspring (pain killer). It is called
Wobenzyme, and is supposed to be very popular in Germany. I tried it
when I first had the amazing pain of the fissure. However, I didn't
think it helped too much. Anyway, I thought I should mention this in
case it helps someone else in the group.
