laser and radio frequency

hi guys have any one of u has idea about laser surgery and radio
frequency application on anl fissures...are these method better over
traditional scalpel surgeries....pls advice????

I don't know of anyone on this group over the last 5 years or so who has
had successful laser or RF treatment.
