It is about the size of a small pinkey finger. I'm not sure of the
science behind it, but it seemed to freeze away the aggravated tissue
3x day). I have stopped using it because I am no longer in an accute
phase. It was a challenge to start using. A little bit of pain on
insertion, but with lots of lube (KY) it became easier, as my new (no
fiber diet) controlled what was coming through, the anurex soothed the
region. I felt myself getting better within 3 days. I was so happy
and really thought that a miracle had happened.
Anurex+ no fiber diet + metamucil + NO spices/tomato sauces + No
ointments + no sitz baths + stress relief = happy me.
Once in a while there are days where I feel very tight and feel an
itch coming on so I relax and pop the anurex in for a bit. It helps.
Look into the work of the Rudd clinic and the Upper Canada Bowel
