has anybody heard of curing fissures with aurved technique called
ksharsutra wich uses some medicated thread ????

A friend's wife is a Ayurvedic doctor and she told me about the thread as
well. It seems a medicated thread is placed inside the anal area to drain
the pus. From what she was describing it was apparent to me that she was
talking about a fistula, not a fissure. I am not sure if the same thread
technique will also cure a fissure.
