My dialup is about 5$ per month and my basic telephone
service is under
30$

If I were doing major league downloading on a regular a high
speed
connection would be worth it or if the costs got down to
under 10$/mo.

I think some months our phone bill would be as low as $25 a
month but I 
don't have dial up at $5.  Even if I did the difference
would be at most 
$5 and for $60 a year, I'd never pick dial up over a cable
connection.

Yeah, I download at least 200-300 mb a day.  at&t is
advertising 784kb 
dsl for $12.95 a month with no contract.

My desk manages to get dusty even with 2 PCs on it
