Tanks for the tip. Here is what I get after entering
user_id/pswd:

For routers try this forum (link below), ask there, maybe 
there are some Linksys routers out there that have Telnet 
access (assuming you get Telnet running in your os).

For home/small_office Linksys is still considered to be the
best 
choice (unless you want to fork out $400 for Cisco) while
D-Link is 
considered quite crappy (at least its retail level models).
