Well, I doubt that Firefox has full Unicode support, but at
least it
displays German web pages with UTF-8 encoding correctly.
Perhaps
Arachne could achieve at least the same level of UTF-8
support, i.e,
support a subset of UTF-8 to display western alphabets
correctly. Other
character sets could then be installed as plug-ins.
