Uploading the information from a file in specific area in th ehtml page

Hi List;

I have ASP.net with VC++ website and I need to display in
specific areas the information (rates) from text file, so if
I need to update these information, I will need to do this
only on the text files instead of going via each page and
update it, can someone advise me how I can do it?
