physics of musculo-skeletal system producing force for human
movement.

Human movement is accomplished by muscles creating force that
pulls on bones that function as levers that articulate with other
bones at joints or what would be termed in leverage the fulcrums. A
great significance of understanding of how this system works or what
takes place when it works is the study of the forces that are at
work.

Even though the study of the physics of the musculo-skeletal
system at work is very significant it is not concisely taught and
therefore not commonly understood. The study of the physics of the
musculo-skeletal system is a cornerstone of the study physical
medicine and biomechanics. For instance Borelli's 1660 physics
study of the human spine in the act of holding up a force of 120
lbs, depicting how much muscle force it took and how the joints were
impacted with force was instrumental in earning him the title of the
father of biomechanics. For the study of biomechanics this physics
reveals in human performance the forces acting upon, produced by and
then impacting within the joints of the musculo-skeletal system.

At our website, http://www.spinalfitness.com/, on the front page we
put on the following link Take A Free Look At Course #1.

This link takes you to our entire 200+ page course teaching
  1. Physics of the Musculo-Skeletal System
  2. Production of Force in Human Movement

Learn the same mathematical formulas your body must use to determine
the amount of muscle force it must produce and how to stabilize
forces impacting it's joints for successful human movement.

Due to spine's anatomical and developmental complexity emphasis is
placed on spinal function and healthy maturation for youth,
especially involved in sports.  Also learn why the best spinal
posture produces the superior athletic performance.

For those of you that want to start learning how the musculo-
skeletal works in human performance or movement this course can get
you started.
