Hi everybody,
I and my partner went through the 28 day cleanse thinking we were going
to have that hideous looking leathery, green/black stuff come out. We
were very strict with our discipline, even preparing ourselves the week
before with a fruit and vegetable diet, but all that came out were
"sausage links";. The cleanse support said that WAS the mucoid plaque. So
my question is, have any of you guys in this support group experienced
the worst case scenario as described in the books with photos....you
know what I'm talking about.

Has anybody tried Primal Defense? What benefits have u experienced after taking it?
