Ned - Thank you for the response. Certainly we have all determined that we must take responsibility for our health, and not delegate the job to a service provider. While it is prudent to extend respect to fellow mankind, doctor or not, it is more prudent to take personal responsibility for ones health.

In doing so for myself, I obtained a degree in holistic therapies, and later became board certified. Just to learn about how to deal with my own health issues. My education is being used professionally now that I have effectively learned to address my own health concerns.

What have I learned about bowel and parasite cleansing? First and foremost, the most important thing that I have learned is that it is the job of the body to keep the body clean. Simply put, the microflora (or good bacteria) in the digestive tract cleans the colon lining, sythensizes vitamins, erradicates parasites, and much more.

If these colonies of good bacteria, called microflora are so good for us, then, the question is how to renourish the microflora? Why is the microflora of so many compromised? How was nature designed to provide raw materials for microflora? When I signed up for this group, I had not yet discovered the answers to these and other questions, and have been a reader for quite some time. One of the ladies of the group emailed me off group, to introduce me to information that was beginning to be talked about ...... then the bickering began. Which is why she emailed me off group.

I am happy to report that the information was invaluable, has helped me and hundreds of my clients. So that is my input for the day ..... sufficient amounts of good bacteria. And not just any probiotic, as the important piece of informaton is not how many parts per billion are in each capsule. Rather, what makes a difference is if the good bacteria in the powder or capsule can multiply and colonize. Can the good bacteria actually culture food? Is it living, viable? Is it the strains that the body needs? http://www.significanthealing.com/cart/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=6&zenid=9111151c482d4d6d1167b8914ea1f3cd is a link to read / learn more.

Sorry - I'm not responsible for other people's 'feelings', or how they
*choose* to react to things...

The problem is, most people are *looking* for an excuse *not* to do what
it takes to get themselves well - and reading 'attacks' into
'tough-love' type suggestions is a classic way to accomplish this - and
I'm speaking from personal experience (ie, I've done it myself).

> It's been fun, but I'm not here to do your personal growth work for
> you.

And yet you took it upon yourself to butt in and do just that...

Oh, and by the way...

I take exception to your characterization of my comment (since I'm the
only one that this could possibly be aimed at). I attacked no one. If
you claim otherwise, then please provide evidence.

Why is it that some people take legitimate constructive criticism as a
personal attack?

Why is it that some people expect other people to do their work for them
(researching xyz on the internet)?

Why is it that some (most?) people say they want liberty, then turn
around and vote for politicians that enact legislation the only result
of which is to enslave them?

Of course you would. If you're going to be insulting, you should at
least defend your insults. Why bother with compassion?

(since I'm the

Of course you didn't. The original poster should be shamed for
asking what she felt was a legitimate question. Saying things
like "you haven't learned how to google" and "What's the problem?"
are killer!

So is telling everyone that a certain product you particularly have
the hots for will work for EVERYBODY. You are such the salesman, in
this forum where nobody has allergies to consider and people haven't
spent thousands of dollars on other remedies that did little to
nothing for them. I'd say you suck, but since you see things
opposite of me, YOU ROCK!

Why is it that some people don't recognize "constructive criticism"
is destructive if it's unsolicited?

Why is it that some people elect themselves as martyr and then bully
other people for asking a question about something they could not
find the answer to? And why is it that when some people don't have
anything of value to contribute to a discussion, they blame other
people for disturbing their own fragile sense of order?

Dude, this is WAY beyond the scope of this forum.

Hi Victoria,

We finally have some life in this list which has been absent a long
time. I believe the real question is--> Are you/me/us/we sick and
tired enough to do some thing for ourselves?

The world thrives on making all sorts of little adjustments and paying
people more money than they deserve to tell us what to do, because we
are lazy.

Are we sick and tired enough or do we need more pain to understand the
lesson and do our own work?

Ned

Hi Victoria,

I did not go to school to become a licensed holistic practitioner,
although I wish I had so that I could help people and make a living
from it in the process. I learned it almost all online for almost free
and I am still learning. My physical life was deteriating and there
was simply a choice--> do I want to live or die.

I agree 100% about the good bacteria and the best way to go about this
is to get some real kefir grains for about $10 and make and take your
own real kefir. Real kefir (aerobic, good bacteria) will eliminate
candida and every other anaerobic bad bacteria.

Great nature provided real kefir grains--> A gift from Allah to the
people of the Caucus mountains.

People like to confuse the issue because it takes them away from doing
the work and there is a whole lot of money changing hands in the
process. It is really quite simple and often a struggle to do.

It really needs to be a holistic approach and in my case yoga has
taken away many aches and pains, given me energy and on and on.

Enough for now.

Sincerely, Ned
