I forgot to finish one of my replies and it got stuck in my Drafts
folder - sorry...

One big question - do you get enough *sunlight*? By sunlight I mean,
mid-day sun, with no chemical barriers (aka 'sun-screen') between you
and the health producing effects of the solar radiation?

You are aware that one more are where we have all been sold a 'bill of
goods' is 'that oh so dangerous and evil sunshine'?

Found this site after a 5 second google-fest - appears to be the most
comprehensive site on Vit D I found, even after about an hour of reading
all of the other links that also came up on that search:
