OK I need a lot of opinions on this. I did the gb flush last week, but
I ended up throwing up the olive oil/grapefruit crap.
I heard something about the whip cream and berries so I did some
research. That is just for dinner, it doesn't replace the oilve oil
concoction...! DISSAPOINTED!
I really want to continue flushing my gb clean, but I CAN'T do the
olive oil thing again...!
Does anyone know anything to replace that part? I can do the epsoms
and the apple juices and everything. But NOT the olive oil/lemons!
HELP!
