copy_resources and dead properties

Hello,

i just discovered that when copying a resource or a
collection, no dead 
properties of the resources gets copied. Copying of dead
properties is 
optional in RFC 2518 (section 8.8) - i will develop it in an
extra branch. 

Anyone against adding it to main trunk if it is finished?

This has been clarified in 2518bis to be a SHOULD:

>From 9.8.2:

"After a successful COPY invocation, all dead
properties on the source
resource SHOULD be duplicated on the destination
resource."

I suggest putting it on the trunk.
