wizard patch

here comes my first patch for a working wizard
(colorselector works
again).

caudium_wizard-1.4.6.patch is for patching against caudium
1.4.6
caudium_wizard-1.2.34.patch is for patching against caudium
1.2.34

the patch for 1.5 will come later, as i currently have no
access to that
machine. comments welcome.

Thanks for the patch. I've applied the patch in HEAD (1.5),
but would  
like to get some feedback concerning the use of PNG for
server  
generated images. Is PNG support widespread enough to use it
instead  
of GIF? (others, feel free to comment!)

Once I get a sense of that, I'll apply the patches to the
stable trees.
