Caudium website is back.

Hello,

I finaly finished to update caudium services.

The website is back, there is some things that are not
totaly functionnal 
but now it is hers.

By the way I can now give access to the virtual environement
for people 
that want... and help FreeBSD users to get pike working...

(I still have the Wait thread stupid error: 0 when I try to
restart 
Caudium).
