You don't get it in the least.  This isn't about robbers,
it's about the 
individuals in this nation being able to overthrow our
government at will.

That is what prompted the amendment being added.  It is
there to allow 
us access to military style weapons, as we'd be fighting
against a military.

Which is nothing more than a pipe dream no matter how many
weapons you have.
Unless you want to be able to buy Tanks, military Hummvees,
helicopters and jets as well.

I think the US Armed Forces has come quite a long way from
the ball
and musket days.

You should see my younger son, Mike, on the submachine gun. 
He would make
you proud.  Started him off last year when he was 12. 
Pretty good with his
Bersa 380 pistol, too.  These skills, and his will to not be
tread upon, and
