RE: best newb cf8 questions?

I good SQL/CF question to ask is, "What is SQL
injection and how can you
help prevent is using ColdFusion?"

90% of those I have interviewed for a CF position were
clueless.

You might want to consider some general CF (or even
advanced)
questions rather than specific to CF8, given the relative
newness of

pressed to answer CF8 questions, my current Production
Environment is
still CF 6.1...

That said, I am damn sure I could run a CF8 server with a
minimal
learning curve. And yes, I have considered that I could and

would brush up on the new features of CF8 before
interviewing, just a
thought that I wouldn't "know" CF8 like I do 6.1)

yeah.
i didn't hammer him with tech questions.
they are mostly bs if your on the phone & in front of a
pc.

i wanted to see if he was a sql guru, he isnt. but willing
to learn.
he is more design then dev, but has a cs major, and willing
to learn cf.

so we are gonna offer him the gig
see if he can swim or not.
should be fun.

he cant be worse then me..
