We're all buried. Take a deep breath and relax. You can only
get one thing
done at a time. Prioritize, write lists, prepare at night
for the morning by
writing out the next day's list before you call it a day.
Don't like to
write, buy a tape recorder that you can plug into your
computer and record
your list.

You'll ALWAYS be buried for the rest of your life if you do
not make it a
priority to UNBURY yourself and focus on getting one thing
done at a time.
