It is.

Despite the lady in front of me (who clearly saw the credits
as the time to
stand up and loudly discuss dinner plans on her cell phone)
I sat through
the credits and enjoyed the song (what I could hear of it
over that
screeching Martha Stewart wannabe) very much.

It was just a few moments, but he had lines and everything.

It was also pretty damn good episode... Daleks rule.
