I've been using some CD's that i burned back in 1999...and so far, so good.

I've noticed some of the stuff doesn't work in one drive or another...and yes, I have a lot of those "old drives" around here...some good, some bad, some sounding like that "sand for bearings" type.

Definitely a reminder that "things are not always what they seem".

Think I'll leave it alone, with my luck they'll add on ten years.

It's past.............. almost a week ago............ phewww..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You gotta remember though that I petitioned the town clerk and told them I was sick a lot when I was a kid. They knocked off ten years............. kewl huh ?

Maybe you should try it ? I don't know how birth records are maintained in Canada but it's worth a shot. You feel a hellava lot better after they adjust the records.
