Mike Sparks of Focal may still have some health issues
I ordered a piece of AN Glass on November 29, 2007. I did not receive the glass, so I
emailed Focal Point on December 26, 2007 and got the following reply dated January 4,
2008:
"
Sorry for the delay in shipping your order. I've had some health problems and been in the
hospital for a while now. Finally I've been sprung and will ship your order on Monday.
Once again sorry for the delay.
Mike"
He did ship the order promptly.
I think he is a one-man shop, so if he is sick, orders do get backed up. As far as I know,
he does have a good reputation, so I would send him another email.
