"unknown expand mode u" and "unknown character `-'" errors

hi all,

using cvs2svn 1.3.0 (debian) from cvsnt 1.11.1.3 to
subversion 1.3.0

i've got 2 different errors :
a) testU.txt,v:7: unknown expand mode u
b) test-configure,v:17: unknown character `-'

in the file testU.txt,v line 7 :
expand  u;

in the filetest-configure,v line 17 :
filename        test-configure;

any idea ?
