Delphi helper function file not found

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can download D_External.pas as
the helper 
functions seem to require it and I cannot find it foe
download anywhere on 
the site. 

Also it may be worth offering a package that has all of the
files zipped or 
as an installable package, as it is a real pain downloading
each 
individually.
