300 Users in two DHCP servers

Simon the ifconfig command says that eth0 has assigned a
local ip 
192.168.1.100 and the other box  has 192.168.1.200 ;

and they must give ipīs from 201 to 254. The example of dhcp
with failover I 
have taken was from here : http://www.
madboa.com/geek/dhcp-failover/

So the situatiuon is like that, dont know what to do, I
thought that the 
subnet was declared 192.168.1.0, but ...
