Dia 96.1 asks for libfreetype-6.dll http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/freetype.htm

Of course it is OK that freetype is needed. I got it,
installed it.
However freetype6.dll had to be copied to libfreetype-6.dll
to the 
diabin dir have the right filename (either that or I add it
to the path).
The DL-page should mention that is it required and link to:

http://gnuwin32.sourceforge.net/packages/freetype.htm -
or simply 
include it in the package.

Works fine!
